Emma Wedgeworth’s review: Options to treat nail psoriasis are limited, particularly when this is the sole or major manifestation of psoriasis. However, the impact of nail disease on patients’ quality of life is frequently significant. The authors of this article describe a randomized, controlled, open-label trial investigating the efficacy and safety of 0.1% tacrolimus in patients with nail psoriasis.
