Gerry Coghlan’s review: The premise of this article is that right heart catheterization (RHC) is being performed too often. While following a liberal interpretation of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) guidelines, the authors found pulmonary hypertension (PH) in only 50% of patients who underwent RHC.
